Fantastic stay

No introduction to the room Shower within the bathtub very awkward room decor unattractive large chip on coffee mug in room

Everything was perfect

Wow what a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to a junior suite looking over the river. The room was so comfortable, the bed and bedding was amazing, my husband and I had a wonderful sleep and he struggles to sleep due to a condition that he has. All the extra touches made our stay so memorable

The Malmaison Newcastle was excellent, as always. I stay at Malmaison hotels around the country as the experience is always positive.

All of the staff members we encountered were really friendly and professional. Our room was clean and had everything that you could need. The bar and restaurant were also lovely.

Quick checkin, well informed staff, good car park options at a cheap price for 24hs.

Excellent welcome by reception staff, super clean and comfortable room. Parking in the car park immediately opposite was really easy in allocated hotel spaces and only £6 for the night. Would highly recommend!

Was a lovely stay ,thanks. Was alot of doors slamming closed this morning ,was ABIT noisy ,think maybes was the cleaners. All ok apart from that.
