Continental breakfast could use some improvement

Great staff. They were quick at accomadating our requests.

Minimal extras. Toilet very low (I’m 6’2” and 80+ years old)—made sitting/standing a bit difficult. Breakfast OK but not memorable. Lovely view from room overlooking river. Enjoyed sitting outside after breakfast close to the dock. Would stay there again.

This is a little hidden gem! Great outdoor pool that was clean and refreshing! I did my stretching and 30 lap swim. It was heated and long enough to do lap swimming. I also loved the chairs and dock by the river to pray and read. There are kayaks to rent as well. Hot breakfast was lovely with nice tables to sit outside. Room was very clean with plenty of towels. Only negative is that its beside a very busy highway and the noise affects the relaxation at the pool... but quiet at the river and its view makes up for it! Would stay again as it's so hard to find a pool you can do laps in and get some exercise.

For the price we paid it was a great place. Breakfast could have been a little nicer The grounds are great if you want to sit outside Low budget room but very comfortable bed and clean bathroom.

The room was clean but a bit dated. Beautiful location and terrific pool. Our dinner in the restaurant was very nice and staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Overall it was a perfect choice for us given the location.

Clean, nice, easy

Two double beds was not ideal, so it wasn’t super comfortable for sleeping. The location was perfect for us and being right on the river is wonderful. We didn’t use the amenities. The breakfast was terrible, we ate there once the whole week. The shower was so small we could barely fit. The staff was great, they were very helpful and even gave us a complimentary upgrade so we could have our rooms near each other. We’d stay there again for the location and the helpful staff but that was it.

The room was fine. Staff were friendly and professional. The included breakfast was fine. Pretty along the Rideau River. Dog friendly.

Very convenient for the airport and has all the facilities needed for a short stay. The team was very helpful and customer-focused.

housekeeping didnt clean the room. when i spoke to front desk they lied saying it was done - it wasnt.

The room was not clean. The refrigerator leaked and ruined our food. There was a dirty towel stuck in the freezer The closet door was broken and wouldn’t open The screen door was broken and wouldn’t close allowing insects in all night Terrible stay, I deserve a refund.
