THEY HAD BED BUGS AND NOTHING MORE TO SAY AFTER THAT

Great property overall ..

Check in was easy. They take a $100 deposit but get it back at check out if it’s cash. Was told at check in breakfast was from 6-9am but when we came out at 7am there was no breakfast and the lady at the front desk was very rude about it and just shrugged us off and was like “oh well” move on attitude but that’s why we booked the place. It looked like an amazing breakfast especially for a family of three that’s been on the road for several days. Very disappointed with the attitude of the check out lady and having to go out and fork out more money on breakfast when we planned it out to eat at the hotel.

Breakfast was awful

Hotel is decent on the inside but the outside needs a lot of attention. Room was nice but my friend was complaining about itching a lot in the room. The lady that checked me in was pretty much there to collect my payment… didn’t inform us of any type of complimentary breakfast. Housekeeping didn’t understand any English but I was grateful for the check in with the towel on our second day being there. One thing that was weird was this lady outside the entire time talking to herself even in the middle of the night.

The hotel room itself was okay for the price. However the bathroom had ants and I also saw a small roach in there.

Overall the property was good, clean rooms. The pool was. Plus it stayed open til 12am. Staff was good

One of the staffs was rude. We did not have a remote the whole weekend.

Really bad experience. I travel a lot and this was the very first time happening things like this. Very rude and no respect at all. I have never seen people like this. Will never choose Sonesta Hotel again

Thé outside of the property seemed a little run down. We weren’t sure if we were at the right place because of the signage. In fact, I don’t recall seeing a sign with the hotel name. The decor inside was typical but comfortable and it was very clean. For the price I would stay here again.

It was clean, comfortable but the toilet didn't flush every time it was used.

Sign and curb needs to be painted/restored

quiet place and close for dining and shopping.

Property could be cleaner, rooms look outdated, pool is out of service
