Very strategic, close to MTR station and Moko Mall

We went with 7 people, the room was ok, the staff was enthusiastic, the location was a bit far from the places I went.

I got recommendations from my friend who previously stayed at this hotel. And I would definitely stay here again if I go back to hong kong Room was clean and comfortable Hotel is connected to Moko mall and just few minutes walking to mtr station mong kok east which makes it easy to go anywhere around Without worrying about food as well bcs there’re lots of options at the mall

The hotel is integrated with the Moko Mongkok East Station Mall, easy access, but it is not in the city center area. But the room size for HK is very spacious, it can fit 4 suitcases and still be spacious, there is a bathtub, clean, everything is complete.

The hotel staffs are very helpful. The hotel location is very convenient. It is near to the local MTR train stations. The room condition is very clean. My family feel very comfort to stay here.

The hotel located inside shopping mall and very near to MRT

Large and comfortable room for family, direct access to mall and MTR station, so it is also easy for families with small children...if I go to Hong Kong again, I will still stay here again...

The hotel is clean, the rooms are big, and the transportation is very convenient. If anyone comes to Hong Kong, I recommend it.

The location is great. Close to the metro and directly connected to Moko Mall. There is a water filter in the bathroom so you can just refill the water. Then in the changing room there is a swimsuit dryer so you don't get wet when you return to the room. Overall the hotel is recommended. Checkout is also robotic so it's fast. Thank you

Friendly staff, delicious food, clean rooms, strategic location above the mall

I have stayed at this hotel since 2006, it has undergone several renovations The new staff are still young at check-in, but they are less friendly than before, the check-out time is very early at 11 and the check-out time is too late at 3. Although I finally debated whether to check out at 12 The breakfast used to be better, the current one is monotonous, there are only 2 choices Other than that, it's okay, the room cleaning staff are also good. Hopefully next time check-in can start at 2

One of the best hotel I have booked. The Family room is very spacious. There are outlets in almost every corner of the room which is really convenient if you have lots of gadgets to charge. They see it to it that the room is cleaned everyday. They adjust the cleaning time depending on the guest 's request. The hotel location is perfect. It connects to Moko mall which is near the MTR station. Very convenient for travellers. The health club is my favourite. Their staff is very polite and friendly. The machines in the gym are quite modern. The Sauna is nice. The sprinkling of water is automatic. No need to manually scoop water. The jacuzzi near the pool is also nice. It is fronting the hotel building. They have a photo spot near the pool which is perfect for taking family pictures. Thank you Royal Plaza Hotel for the wonderful experience 💯.

It was very bad that the manager staff came to our room and threatened us when we were gathering in one room about 4 people in the room to give a birthday surprise to our child, even though it was not long, only 10 minutes and they had already reprimanded us, it was your fault for not making the room soundproof. And instead of reprimanding us properly, they even threatened to throw us out.
