My wife and I really enjoyed this property. It was located in a great area. Our room was ready right away and had a nice view. The property is well maintained and the staff was very helpful.

Wonderful stay for our 18th anniversary. The gentleman at front desk was super welcoming and helpful as we checked in. We booked a standard corner room but were ungraded to a higher floor when they learned it was our anniversary. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable. Mini bar was nice to have and we enjoyed the Nespresso maker in the morning. In the morning we decided to extend our stay another night. When we found out that our room was booked that night and unavailable, Nicole at front desk said “no big deal, we will just move you up a floor.” When I told her that the only floor above us was the penthouse, she just smiled and said that sounded like a good room for us (!!) Moved run to the penthouse for our afternoon and second night. Gold Coast neighborhood is amazing. Beautiful area with well kept streets, great restaurants, upscale shopping. We will be back soon. And thank you again, Nicole! We hope to see YOU again soon! Bonus: We met Lewis Capaldi in the lobby as we were checking out!

Oh my god don’t book anywhere else!!! I wish I discovered this hotel sooner. I visit chicago multiple times a year and this hotel will be the only one I book moving forward! The location is second to none. You can walk around and enjoy the area fully. The staff are so helpful and friendly. You just feel amazing being here.

Loved this hotel!Beautiful !Very clean, safe and great location, nice restaurants nearby. Beautiful view from our room. Parking is expensive but worth it! Busy area, if you want to see the city and enjoy outing/shopping this is the place to go. Definitely will go back and recommend anyone who is looking for a decent hotel!

Wonderful room, was big with tons of windows, views of the lake. Bed was so comfortable.

Fantastic location. 8 restaurants within a 1 minute walk. Shopping and Lake Michigan 10 minutes away.

Came downtown for a girlfriend’s birthday dinner and needed a place to spend the night. Perfectly situated for walking, shopping, dining, in a beautiful area.
