The beds are the worst of any hotel I have ever stayed!

Great stay in town for family fun

After checking in, it was discovered that the air conditioning was not functioning. I let the office know, and they told me someone would check on it (maintenance). After 30 minutes of waiting, they told me (maintenance) forgot, and that they were coming. They ended up swapping the unit, but I felt like the service could’ve been a lot better. Rooms were ok, and could use upgrades.

It was clean

Staff always friendly and very pleasant. I believe its family owned and very eager to accommodate.

The rooms were clean and in good working order. No complaint about the room. Breakfast had no fruit. My first night the waffle was gone and second it was very watery and unusable. There were no gluten free options and cereals were off brand. Lobby bathroom was very dirty. Staff was mostly not available, as I saw many people standing looking for someone.

Have stayed there several times.. clean quiet mostly. Tub a luttle slow draining but always a good time..

Horrible place to stay

Been heremany times its always been a great stay.

Smelly. pool dirty. Handles falling off. carpet stained. trim falling off. Baby cockroach in the tub Breakfast had no fruit or sweet rolls that it showed in the pictures.. Told the guy at the desk. Said he couldn't do anything for us.

Terrible rude employees

The rooms, halls and elevators were dirty. Liberally had a roach crawling on the wall!! Yuck!!!!

It was good

Enjoyed my stay here every time. Having a natural grocers close by is a plus as well!

Nice accommodation

This is an older property that has been newly painted. Our room was very comfortable and the HVAC worked well. Great location and easy to get anywhere in Lincoln. Staff friendly and attentive and we would stay again. Towels are a little thin and could use replacing. Everything else was fine!
