Room very clean

It was good.

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel did not have an elevator, was not aware of it. Had to carry the luggage upstairs.

There was a lot of damage to the room. I took pictures when I arrived to ensure they were time stamped as close to checking in as possible. The one side of the bed had a very deep crevice making for a very poor sleep. Missing base boards. Ripped screen on the screen door. Damaged furniture and scratches on the floor from it getting dragged across the floor. The light fixture coverings beside the bed were very dirty, the toilet was not cleaned from the last user, the smoke alarm covers were opened and the towels had this grey tinge to them. I didn’t feel comfortable showering due to the dirty towels, bathroom and the ceiling appeared to have major moisture damage.

This is not really a pet friendly hotel has stayed at so many others that are so much better!!!! Before we even unloaded the car we knew a dog was there!! The receptionist was borderline rude!! And so slooooowwww!!

Stairway run down, hallways smell musty, near highway 401 so very noisy.

Would not recommend. Very rundown and not even a two star.

A little out dated in areas but overall, a clean place to stay. Comfortable rooms and beds. The free breakfast is great and staff is friendly.

Clean room, friendly staff, comfy beds

The remote for the TV didn’t work and they didn’t have another one. The water pressure is weak. I was locked out of my room for 40 minutes in the morning because the batteries in the handle died and they didn’t know how to change it which made me late for work.

Clean room, good breakfast (with great coffee available all day) and super friendly staff. Would stay again!

Had to shut off the heater due to noise. Hallways were a bit messy with food, pizza boxes, etc. Breakfast was limited in choice and food (eg sausage, muffins) was unappetizing
