Clean and nice

There was a roach crawling in the bathroom. The Jacuzzi tub didn't hold water. No water pressure, a water fountain has better pressure. Filthy, change the outdoor garbage can, pick up that nasty lot. Sofa bed was moldy with weird stains. Curtains were disgusting. The owners have no pride, or they'd take care of this place. This is a 59.99 hotel not a $230 hotel. Pool was cloudy. The room needs painted. Child size pillows, didn't have enough pillows for both beds. Shame on the hotel owners and the lazy workers.

This place was terrible! The hotel should be called a motel. A drunk was sleeping in a chair by the elevator. Little kids ran up and down the hallway most of the night. We had to call the front desk twice to complain about it. The room keys are shut off everyday so you have to go to front desk to have them turned on daily. The rooms are old and outdated, there were people constantly walking through the parking lot at night. Trash on the parking lot and the surr area. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Expedia you should strongly consider not offering this location. I was put into 2 dirty rooms. Holes in the bottom of the dresser drawer. Burn marks on the walls in the bathroom. A remote w brown sticky matter on it. Floors so dirty when I wiped them w a towel after a shower (because I couldn’t figure why my feet were dirty) black. No towels in my first room. Tape on the walls from a previous guest that had decorated. Used bars of soap (not from my daughter or I). Kindly, asked the front desk to switch rooms went well was given another room. It’s 1am at this point. Seemed better then the he first. Woke up to sleeping on stained pillow cases and hair that was clearly not mine. Went down to talk to the staff. The lady at the desk wouldn’t make eye contact me and asked if I wanted a full service clean. To which I replied, it should be full service cleaned between guest. It’s a hotel but no one should know they’re sleeping in the same space by the previous guest. I asked to talk to the manager said her manager was busy next door (?) and she’d leave a note. I asked could I just talk to her because I feel this situation needs compensated. She flat out just said no and that would get a note. Check out. Still no note. Next front desk person unwilling to help like the other. They charged me full price plus my deposit. Called to dispute the charges and the person on the phone was rude and unhelpful. Finally the deposit was reimbursed yesterday mind you I was there 7-23 to 7-25…

Stains on sheets stains on furniture especially couch rips in furniture just felt rundown. Security deposit is actually charged and then takes up to 6 days for refund.

The room was dirty. The mattress on the sofa bed was filthy with no sheets or blankets on it to use. When asked for blankets the staff said they had none. We then asked for sheets for the bed in which they brought a couple and said that was all they had. The other 2 beds mattress was not clean either. We end up sleeping on top of the sheets. The person sleeping on the sofa bed slept on top of the sofa instead of the mattress. The only good part of our stay was the breakfast and the lady working in the breakfast area. She was extremely sweet and friendly. Was supposed to stay 2 nights and only stayed 1 as we were not comfortable with our room. We did communicate this to the night attendant and showed him the mattresses. He expressed his apologies and said he would tell the manager but no one spoke to us. We did check out after one night. Very disappointing as this was the night before my wedding and my bridal party and myself was disgusted.

I was traveling out of state, & booked a room that “looked” great! Clean pool, very nice spacious rooms. The room I booked pictured 2 queen beds with a tv, & then a separate living area with a pull out couch & an additional tv. Looked very clean, & even pictured a women cleaning with a medical mask on. Which seemed perfect because we’re traveling with children. We were so excited to use the pool as well. Upon arrival we got a very disappointed as soon as we pulled in. The environment was very scary, there was no lighting, & a lot people waking through the parking lots, this is at 12:30am. When we walked into the front entrance. It had a bad smell in the air & the man who checked us in didn’t even great us or speak, just waited for us to ask for help. After looking around We were hesitant but still checked in, as we already paid. Went to walk to our hotel room, the elevator was very old, & rickety. our hotel room was completely disgusting & scary. The room was so run down we didn’t even sit on the bed. There visible dirt & stains on the bedding, & smears of dark colors. Only 1 tv, & there was not a separate living area. I could not imagine laying my children down in the beds, nor myself. I was also scared for our safety, due the lack of security entering the hotel & how old the door & the lock was on our room, we were scared to sleep there. We immediately rushed with all our belongings in hand, checked out, & booked a new hotel room at the holiday inn, paying even more than we

My partner and I just needed a room to stay in to help my grandparents clean out their house. The stay wasnt terrible since we were literally just there to sleep, but I don't think I would return unless I didn't have another option. The bed caved in on one side, there were scuff marks already on the wall by the couch, the place in general smells like cigarette smoke, and the second night we were there our room key had to be reset because it would not work on our door or to let us inside the building. The sheets were clean, but there was a stain on the comforter. Again, not the worst stay, but definitely not worth the price.

Nothing as advertised. Walls and room was dirty had to get my room switch cause the TV wasn’t working, the bed side mattress had no sheet and the matter was dirty with brown stains. The shower wasn’t draining and was leaking into the floor. Key card stop working it just wasn’t a good experience at all.

The first room the deadbolt didn’t work. The second room smelled terrible, was dark and gloomy and the chair looked as if someone mistook it for a toilet. I didn’t stay there. And I need to be refunded.

This is a lovely unit, well appointed and well decorated. The kitchen has everything you need for basic meal prep. Plenty of linens, the beds are comfy. There is a little trail behind to row that comes out right across from mini-golf. Our grandkids loved all of the amenities of the lodge, and the cost to use those facilities was reasonable. Stop and pick up the full size map at the Lodge, it will give you detailed hours and prices for the specific time of your stay. They are very friendly and welcoming, even when they know you aren't staying in the Lodge. The host had fabulous communication. We have already referred others and would recommend.

No bed linen for the pullout bed. Apparenrly, its policy not to provide. I paid for a 5 people room so we could each have a bed and didnt realize i had to bring my own bedding. They argued this point until I said no. Why have a pullout without bedding? Why sell a room for 5 that can only sleep 4 due to bedding. They were adamant that they didnt need to provide bedding for the third bed that was advertised as such,in the room. Upper crap!
