Crowded breakfast area

There was food left in the fridge from a previous guest but other than that everything was great

Staff was courteous moved us to room on main floor for easier access. Very welcoming lobby all decorated for the holiday season.

When booking from your posting on Sunday November 23rd total indicated was less than the price indicated when final bill was calculated. This is the first time I’ve encountered a hidden cost after using your site several times in the past. Although it was minimal I will think very hard in the future unless you can correct the error.

Rooms were clean and staff were very pleasant!

Room was clean and quiet, breakfast was good. The sink was leaking in the bathroom and the bathroom door wouldn't shut, as the door seemed to big for the frame.

Good mattress and nice breakfast selections.

The tv did not work and I couldn't get through and the shower wasn't great but the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Absolutely amazing from check in to check out!!! Clean newly renovated hotel with the most friendly, helpful amazing staff. Everyone made me feel welcome all the time. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Lots of healthy options on the menu as well. Thx for an amazing stay!!! Highly recommend!!! I wish I could give more stars.
