Loved the unique layout of the room. The room was quiet and clean

The receptionist was very nice and made our check-in smooth and easy. The facility is clean inside and outside. Bed was very comfortable.

The best part was the young lady working behind the desk. So helpful and accommodating. We would recommend to anyone. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Everything was perfect. Will be back

The check in was ok with a very friendly helpful smiley young girl (name?) slim onTuesday sept 9. On Wednesday afternoon we had to reset our keys as we decided to stay longer. The heavy girl that was there seemed not so happy to reset the key as I think we disturbed her dinner. Again name? No name tag. She obviously doesn’t like her job and people. In the wrong business. Otherwise great stay

We stayed one night and it was a very pleasant, comfortable and spacious suite, with a partial river view from the window.

There was a stence in the roon.

Close to the waterfront and restaurants.

Amenities were very good

I like that the church is walking distance from the hotel. Also, there are a lot of restaurants in the area.

Housekeeping never took away the old soaps in the shower prior to my stay. As well as during my stay The TV in the sitting area doesn’t work the TV in the bedroom needed new batteries. The shower fills with water as u hav a shower This place is old not great value for what they charge

Not so great. The closet in the bedroom had a dirty shirt on the ground that my children stumbled upon. It made me really second guess the cleanliness is the room. I selected a room with two queen sized beds, but was told by the person at the front desk that all of the rooms are one bed and one Murphy bed. I was charged a higher rate by choosing two queen sized beds. The continental breakfast was not good at all. The bagels and bread were stale and the eggs and sausages looked extremely unappetizing. The only positive was the yogurt as it was already in standard packaging. I have been a long time customer of this website and have stayed at quality inns in the past but this last experience makes me question how I book in the future. I feel duped.
