Room was clean bathroom was awesome pkus that rain shower. Breakfast was good lots of options love that waffle maker and homefries! Staff was super friendly and attentive was a very Easter Holiday weekend. We drove up from Hamilton to Ottawa so quite the several hours commute. Close enough to downtown. Food Basics around the corner. Will definitely return. Great value.

The property is pet friendly but we didn't end up bringing our dog Riley. Our room was spotless. Well stocked daily.

Breakfast was not the greatest but tbe stay was ok

There was a person screaming in the hallway outside our room and banging on their room/slamming doors very loudly from 1:30am until 3:30am. I understand not wanting to put hotel staff in danger 100%, but police should have been called. It sounded very much like a domestic disturbance. When asked about our stay upon checkout, there was very little apology. The receptionist was even hesitant to give us a free water bottle because we weren’t rewards members. It felt very much like they didn’t care about our experience.

Rooms are becoming worn down although they seem clean. Staff was great!

The breakfast was rather basic. The room was very clean. Only stayed one night so cannot comment on other things.

The room was small for two queen beds but comfortable. One request is that there are more outlets in the room. There were three of us trying to charge devices with only one outlet. Lots of USB ports but newer chargers don’t always use them so that was a struggle to be charged for our travels. Otherwise friendly and clean

Breakfast was great. Enjoying it very much. Staff were excellent. No complaints what so ever. Highly recommend.

Comfortable bed and great temperature level. Some rooms have such a loud heater/cooler.

Very pleased with the room, especially the bathroom with a walk in shower.

It was nice. The room was big and clean

The one whole section of the room had no power. The front desk came to look at it becasue maintenance couldnt fix it. I have a disability where i needed to be on the first floor as I walk with a cane and they have no elevators in this hotel. They said they could see if we could move to a different room but at that point we were settled and didnt want to move because I couldnt do stairs. They also couldnt reinbusement off the bill either because I had paid with Expedia. The most they could do was take off 25$ i paid extra for the room because i paid that at the hotel. We are also choice privilege members so I certainly wasnt inpressed. He said he could do something for us if we hadnt booked with expedia. Lesson learned dont book with expedia in case there is an issue at all with the room.
