This was our second stay for consecutive weekends for visiting both Rondeau Provincial Park & Point Pelee National Park. Staff were helpful and friendly, room was very clean & comfortable & the best part is that there was an actual bathtub not just a shower. If visiting I would recommend Teena,s restaurant opposite the hotel.

Breakfast was okay but not more than that. Parking is free and available. Most staff were really nice. Just one guy at the front desk was really on my nerves as he was not about to serve customers. The way he would talk to people wasn't acceptable. Also I needed room service the second day. My beds were not touched. Just changed the towels.

Friendly staff, everything clean, nice breakfast. Hard to beat.

Room was very clean, the staff were helpful, the breakfast was just fine (hard boiled eggs, baked goods, toast, yogurt) parking was easy, there is no elevator for the second floor fyi so you will be carrying your bag up and down stairs. The hotel was busy but quiet at night, easy to find, easy to access from the highway, not too far from town.

I would recommend this property highly. The room was simple, clean, neat, tidy and welcoming. The staff was friendly, helpful, welcoming and satisfied customer needs. I enjoyed the breakfast included in the price of the room, good variety and easy to access. Parking is convenient and easily accessible. A very positive experience!

I had to attend a conference in Ontario and had no idea of what motel to pick. Expedia answered my need. I spent two nights. Everthing was at least good. The TV was poor and there weren't enough electrical outlet for my needs. The desk clerk was especially friendly. The breakfast hit the spot. I was only five miles from my meeting places downtown. I was able to park just outside my room which was on the first floor.

Good, clean place to stay. Older but service was good.

Great sat at Comfort Inn Chatham. Very clean rooms, helpful staff and very good breakfast. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Rooms were clean and staff we friendly.. breakfast was ok

Comfortable sleep, shower had wall mounted bulk shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. No need to battle it out with tiny shampoo bottles.

Excellent included breakfast. Super nice staff. This is our go to when in Chatham!
