This hotel continues to go down after every visit! Run down room, dark marks on carpet, new industrial soap dispensers in wrong place and pointing in wrong direction so you drip soap over your toiletries. Bad smell when you turn the lights after checking simple full dust and filth. But the best the absolute best again no air condition! The excuse this time and I quote “it is not in cooling because NEXT week will be cool”. Breakfast scramble eggs for package and oily fried eggs overcooked. Will go back to stay in Leipzig or Jena and drive every day. Simply not worth 40€ and they charge 120€!

It was the perfect way to start my day. Additionally, I had an unfortunate incident where I left some clothes in the cabinet after checking out. The hotel staff went above and beyond by promptly locating my belongings and arranging to have them sent to me via courier at a very reasonable cost. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist were truly commendable. I also brought my dog along, as the hotel is pet-friendly. We were warmly welcomed with snacks for my dog and a cute bowl for water, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Mercure Hotel for its excellent service, fantastic breakfast, pet-friendly accommodations, and exceptional customer care. Thank you for making our stay memorable and hassle-free!

Very good hotel. Nice service . Comfortable large beds. Good pillows , location good . To the center 15 minutes walk . Breakfasts good . Big plus for underground parking which is not expensive . Easy to get by elevator to the hotel reception . I recommend
