Super clean, excellent staff, and great price. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is the bed. Just too soft for my liking. Time to replace?

Overcharged security deposit I was charged twice, very small rooms, noisy hotel had 3 hockey teams staying there, outside lighting didn’t come on til well after it was dark causing my wife to stumble and then she picked up a bug and had emesis the remainder of the evening,

Everything was clean. Very friendly staff at front desk and in breakfast room. We really enjoyed the fresh eggs and sausages!

Breakfast food (scrambled eggs; sausages, pancakes) were all cold. No exhaust fan in a tiny bathroom. Flickering light above the mirror in the powder room. No folding stands to place suitcases only on the floor. I expected better.

Never again

We had a wonderful person greet us who was very kind and professional. Our room was spacious, clean, and quite peaceful. The breakfast staff and food were good. The only recommendation I have is to improve the lighting in the back, as it was quite dark and made it difficult to see the room numbers and unload our vehicle.

The best thing about this hotel was the front desk staff person. I believe her name was Anu. We arrived very late and there was some confusion with our booking. She sorted it out efficiently and professionally. She also ensured our pooch got some treats and was all around a pleasure.
