The breakfast area setup needs improvement. There were no tongs to pick up the bread leaving people to use fingers. For some reason, the breakfast was set up in the bar area with gambling video lottery terminals in plain sight making it not kid friendly at all. This may even be illegal as it is in other provinces but I’m not sure. The food was good though.

I reserve 2 queen beds a month in advance. They called the day before to say that they needed to change it to a king size bed with a single bed, which we agreed because we were 3. Once arrived, we got 2 double beds, which we did not want. The offer Continental Breakfast, not a full breakfast, I was disappointed, there are not a lot of option if you cant eat dairy product and gluten free.

I loved the idea that it was very pet friendly and no carpets in the rooms. Also I was very impressed with the lady at the front desk. She took her time with us, and even showed the room to see if we liked it.

Very convenient place to stay on our way home to Ontario. We were travelling with our dog and they are very dog friendly, providing a toy and treat! Good choices of restaurants with outdoor patio areas close by!

This was a nice, basic hotel room. Not fancy but everything was well designed and laidout. Bed was comfy and shower had plenty of pressure. But included breakfast was disappointing and not up to the normal standards we've had at other similar hotels.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. I should have realized that Berthierville is more than two hours drive to/from Quebec City. We burned about 9 hours driving over the two days of our stay.
