We were upgraded and loved the room..Plenty of space and felt luxurious...clean and great stay. Just dont like the bathroom frosted glass as you can see through it pretty much and we were there with our son...awkward...

Our floor was very noisy due to having many kids. I had made a request for a quiet room, but I ended up sleeping with ear plugs because the kids were running around and shouting and laughing in the corridor.

Nice property but a little expensive considering it’s up in Markham. They even started to.charge for parking.

Nice kitchenette! Spacious and perfect for an overnight stay.

Clean room. Room service was great. Kids enjoyed the pool.

It is a beautiful hotel, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience extremely positive! My only disappointment was that our room did not come with a microwave. With a kitchenette as part of the suite, I assumed a microwave would be included! Otherwise, it was top-notch.

Old and out dated, my daughter left her headphones in the room and the staff said they were not there. I know for a fact they were left in the room so very u trustworthy cleaning crew

Breakfast: is very good, wide range of variety, staff is very fast to seat us in the morning. Check in- very quick, was able to get us check in a little early! Rooms are clean, nice. Very comfortable bed, nice and cool just the way I like it.

Room is impeccably clean and nice. But nobody answers the phone in front desk, housekeeping, everything! Huge living room but can’t afford to have microwave inside the room, there’s only one old microwave at the lobby. No signage or anything as to where you can find amenities, you have to figure it or ask around. Kinda disappoints for 4-start expensive hotel.

The staff were amazing - kind, helpful and sincere. The room was large and well appointed. Everything was clean and room service was good. The breakfast buffet had lots of nice choices. We enjoyed staying and would definitely stay again.

The room was mostly clean - the bathroom sink had hair in it and the fridge had not been cleaned out from the previous guests.

The lobby was very nice. It was open and airy and the staff was great. The room was tired. It had nicks on the furniture and scuffs on the walls. It would have been a fantastic room ten years ago. We paid to have a suite with a kitchen due to food allergies and that was very nice. The indoor pool was overflowing with hockey teams. We had to book a time to go but the teams did not leave. One father was throwing a football to a child in the pool! The kids were not being told not to yell. It was not enjoyable at all. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Very kind staff, clean rooms

The breakfast was not up to standards for the chain name "Hilton". Over priced. $28 dollars per person, thats ridiculous. Disappointment!! I was told by staff breakfast was included but that was false information.
