Nice hotel, pool was good

All on all a good stay with friendly staff. Car parking could be free for paying guests.

The shower in the room was nothing more than a soft trickle. Not really what I would expect from a budget hotel that is world known. I also think that charging for parking if you are staying overnight is a rip off and was disappointed with this.

good gym, Excellent steam room & sauna.

The stay was very good but a ripped pillowcase spoilt the overall experience. The housekeeping staff should have replaced with a better pillowcase. Apart from that, it was expensive considering the parking charge and breakfast but a nice stay however.

Please stop advertising the fact you have EV chargers when you don’t. They’ve not worked in “ages” and are apparently never going to. Some great staff and one little prat with the customer service skills of Pol Pot. Hotel a little tired and shabby, needs a refurb.

Facilities were good room was a bit dated

The staff were great! Very accommodating throughout the whole stay. There were some empty bottles and glass left in the corner of the hallway which were there throughout most of my stay, seems they had been left for the night staff to clean up. The pool area could do with family suitable changing area, there is nowhere for people with young children to change with ease. Breakfast was really good and displayed beautifully!

The staff were unbelievable during our stay at Brentwood Holiday Inn on 14th to the 15th March. It was the first time staying with our 8 month daughter. The staff provided a cot that was clean and comfortable. Pauline the hotel suoervisor and her morning staff were so accomdating, kind and lovely they were just such an amazing example of how people in the hospitality industry should be.

Compulsory car park fee of £12 for overnight

We have stayed at the holiday inn lots of times before, Brentwood was up to the normal standard, breakfast the first morning was cold so we asked the friendly staff you microwave it for us, the 2nd morning was lovely, the coffee was not as good as normal, quite bitter, plenty of choice of other drinks though, you can ask for omelette or pancakes which are freshly cooked for you which is really nice, great hotel, very pleased

Disappointed to unexpectedly have to pay £12 parking for one day. No bottled water in room. Good food

I wanted a night away for my birthday, so specifically looked for a hotel with a pool and hot tub, as i like to check in on time go for a swim and jacuzzi and then go in the restaurant for dinner. The pool and the jacuzzi were out of action and the restaurant was fully booked, total waste of time and money going there.

Quality service as expected but food extremely expensive!

All good except the room was cold on a winter night

Try to cancel my booking as i paid cancellation charge iam 80 years old found it to difficult so i lost my money in future r pay at there hotel or not bother sorry happy New Year john
