Plenty of plug sockets but no USB sockets so bring USB wall chargers if you need to charge mobile devices.

Hotel room generally was good and the bed most comfortable, so a good nights sleep was enjoyed. Bathroom was tiny and poorly maintained (5 defects were reported, all easily rectifiable with good regular maintenance). Clearly this maintenance is not happening. Restaurant was good, breakfast and dinners being enjoyable with a good selection.

The check in staff were very friendly and helpful sorting out a couple of minor issues that were of my doing and they did with a smile

Short stay for just sleep on a business trip. Parking was a little confusing but the room was comfy and fairly quiet (I had an early night so was a little loud but nothing unreasonable). Didn't have chance to see much else but the bar area looked really nice, filled with families watching football over the easter break.

Went for one night it was an awesome stay !

i would like my money to be refunded, the room i requested was sofa room or sofa bed room i didn’t not get the room i requested so i just checked out hour after checking in

Stayed last week toilet didn’t work so this week spoke to receptionist who upgraded me. But, instead of the Kingsize I booked they gave me a double bed & a sofa bed.🙄 went back to the Manager who gave me just a standard kingsize bedroom. I tried very hard to sleep but the bed had a very noticeable dent in the middle which I kept sinking into. So got up & left at 11pm & complained to Manager but he wasn’t interested. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’d rather stay in a premier inn than this Holiday Inn

Great room! We were surprised and very good for the family especially for two year olds. The only thing is that our room didn’t have a fridge? Maybe it is because you need to pay slightly extra for the premium room but would have been good to know if the room came with a fridge or not. Having a two year old we needed to store milk!

The toilet didn’t flush in the room. Didn’t realise till much later in the evening. Mentioned to receptionist in the morning as very disappointed. She said could have changed rooms or got housekeeping in but I didn’t want any of that as it was late & I was tired. Just needed a basic requirement like a toilet in working order.

Friendly staff, nice and clean however, our bed legs shattered, we were given another room, which was a standard room and not refunded the extra I paid for bigger room.

Conveniently located hotel just off junction 11 of the M4. Rooms are comfortable and have all the basics, would be nice if there was a room safe. Did not use the bar or restaurant.
