Sold as two queen beds… they were doubles.

I asked to pay at the property but was charged not once but twice a day before my check in. I asked if my rate included breakfast and was told no! This was incorrect. I showed them my booking. No apology or acknowledgment given. The day of check out the fire alarm went off at 7am. Again, no apology nor explanation given. Do yourself a favour and do not stay here!!

It is an excellent place to live, and I recommend it to people who travel to Sudbury.

A little difficult to navigate from one part of the hotel to the other part and no explanation. Very friendly staff.

It's close to shops and restaurants. it's quiet, several features were not available as they were repairs happening. I did not use the pool.

What a great breakfast…. such a deal.

we love staying at this hotel, but unfortunately we were woken up at 2am to a crying child for 1.5hr

in house restaurant is exceptional.....

They helped me with a CC issue and takeout containers

The bathroom is tiny , the towels were ragged, there was dirt in the corners , no Kleenex and the bar prices are too high

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at their restaurant was very good as well.

Great service at the front counter but I am in the "OLD" part of the hotel. Worn out carpet old windows. Not the nicest place in town for what they're charging. I'm not really impressed at all.
