Great rooms, incredibly friendly staff! We will be back!

We didnt have hot water on Saturday morning, a dog barking both eveningsand lots of hallway noise on Friday kept us up

Very clean room, great staff. Comfortable beds. Pool and hot tub were clean and fun for my grandkids. Our only concern was the elevator downstairs to the pool wasn’t working. The stairs were not great.

Overall we had a good stay. The rooms were clean, and the staff were cheerful and accommodating. We had two rooms, and my parents paid the money for the breakfast buffet. Improvements could be made for maintaining the heat of the food, and curiously sausages were substituted by hot dogs.

The beds lower mattress had a bad stain on it. Everything else was great.

The elevator was sketchy, the TV remote didn’t work in our room and there were no towels available at the pool. Room was clean and the staff seemed nice.

Stayed for a week! Amazing service all round - front desk, housekeeping, restaurant. Will book again when in town!

Staff are very good! Only one negative - NO hot water to our room to wash, shower or bath. Very disappointing.

I am grossly appaled by Expedia! I book many hotels with them every year. After a very long day, I walked to the hotel reception and booked on my Expedia app to stay at this hotel instead of paying directly with the hotel. It was after 11pm. I booked for the Calgary location when I was actually in Edmonton. I tried to check in and the attendant said they couldn't find me in their system. I received out to Expedia a couple of minutes later to cancel and refund me. Expedia said they'll contact the property. The property said sinceI booked with a third party, Expedia, that only Expedia could refund me. Expedia refused to refund me. I deeply regret booking with Expedia and I recommend that everyone reading this should book directly with your hotel property. Loyalty to Expedia doesn't pay!

Facility is very dated and we had an incident when an unauthorized personal entered our room and hotel did not act on investigating it. This was by far the most disgusting and a major reason for my family not to stay in any of their chains in the future.
