The breakfast is excellent, freshly squeezed orange juice, raw salmon, eggs cooked in every form, large variety of bread and baked stuff. The view is fabulous, overlooking the city square and the bay. The location is impeccable, steps away from many restaurants and the water front. Above all, the staff are extraordinarily hospitable. reception, business area staff , breakfast, and house keeping all are warm and helpful. The service is THE BEST, second to none among all the hotels I have been to.

Peaceful Palace in the middle of the hustle and bustle waterfront. For the moment you walk in the welcoming lobby, Smiles welcome you with Greek hospitality. The rooms are updated and clean. There is a wonderful rooftop restaurant and swimming pool. You can walk everywhere. It's right on the waterfront so you have an incredible long view of the wide ocean. When I'm back in town I won't stay anywhere else!

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Stand out is the rooftop restaurant for breakfast. Front desk were extremely helpful in arranging parking that wasn’t on site. Only minor gripe is the lack of access for kids to the indoor pool (3h per day) which seems to be common in Greece

The location of this hotel is what sold me. Nearly everything is in walking distance. If you find it hard to walk there is taxis right outside. The hotel had amazing views of Mount Olympus again depending on weather and room type. We had a sea view and will be booking that in the future. The decor is lovely regardless of any works that was going on. Nothing felt disrupted it felt more the other way of me disrupting the people working on the flooring. The roof top bar is beautiful and the spa is absolutely exquisite ! A very calm and friendly hotel. All the staff that we came into contact were lovely, friendly and knowledgeable as it was our first time in Thessaloniki.
