Staff member Michael was amazing and took amazing care of me and my family when our first room had issues and even checked in on us during our stay and made sure we were doing good Michael needs to be paid more. Amazing staff member.

The stay was nice. Only input was the clerk commented on the restaurant selection we had in mind and travelled a long way to try after learning about it on several Texas travel shows. Clerk made a remark it was not good. We chose to go anyway and we are super happy we did. It was excellent. You all should try it and should also start recommending it to your guests. The Tuscan Pig is outstanding. Look it up on Texas Bucket List and on The DayTripper. And go try it. Tell your clerk it is inappropriate to make a negative remark about a fellow local business, especially if you are wrong.

Expedia overbooked and when we got the room we reserved was not available.

Came into town for my daughters Soccer tournament. Only had one issue with the room but everything else was really good. Thanks

It was very welcoming especially loved the location since our son was in the hospital.

Very comfortable room and good parking outside. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The room was dirty and run down. The hall ceilings was low. When you walked in the hall in places the floor moved. The room we had the floor was very unstable. We did not stay. We got our money back after getting to the room.

It was great place to stay for our grandsons baseball tournament.

Amber was awesome…as well as the rest of the staff. My new go to place in Longview now!

Front desk attendant, Nicolette, was very welcoming. Hotel appears to be a little older so there are some signs of wear here & there but is still clean. Front lobby is very nice. Suite rooms are well supplied & very spacious.

Love staying at this property, check in was super easy. And Nicollet was amazing!! Thank you for telling me where to find the ac control.

It was a great stay! Only thing I would add is toppers for you beds! I was in a king suite and the mattress was super firm for my liking!

Hotel staff were great. The hotel is older, carpets dirty, room door didn’t close completely. The room had a terrible smell. We had to switch hotels.

Lovley hotel to stay in only problem i had was couldnt control the ac or heat.

We stay on a doble queen room, which was absolutely great bc it's a lot of space, privacy between the room, bathroom and small living room, a lot of amenities, they have like an small kitchen which is fantastic when you have kids. The room was very clean, the people from front desk, breakfast and house keeping very friendly.

The staff was nice and helpful. The facility was aged, some wallpaper peeling, thin pillows and blankets. The noise was the worst part, but outside the hotels control. (Bar parking next door and the train horns). It was fine for a single night in an inexpensive hotel.

Our stay was great, good location for bowling tournament. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a long time. The only bad was we were expecting to be able to use hot tub but closed for season but that was not on amenities description.
