There were bugs and a strong urine smell in the room. The room had an adjoining door to the room next door and the people in the room next door played loud music all night while checking periodically on the adjoining door.

Average. Basic. Beds were ok. Room was ok. Nothing terrible, but nothing great either. The hotel breakfast offerings are minimal - juice was out of service, 2 choices of cereal, bread for toast, a couple dry mini muffins, bananas, and a couple very small yogurt options. There’s a decent selection of restaurant choices in the area for lunch or dinner. On the upside, my car didn’t get stolen overnight.

The room blankets has holes in them, the lamps are broken, the room was not cleaned. Condom wrappers and trash around the bed area. Considering I’m currently going through homelessness I booked and paid for 3 nights they refused my booking because of wet towels and dirty sheets.

The beds were very comfortable, linens in great shape, although there was no top sheet on one of the beds. Towels were in great shape. Airconditioner worked well. However, chairs were old and fabric on them all stained, walls and door jams need painted. Felt fairly safe.

we originally were placed in a room that smelled mildewy and like smoke. staff quickly found us a room that didn't smell like smoke. The mildew smell was still there but less present. It was last minute that we decided to stay in western MA and we picked this place because it had breakfast. Unfortunately, breakfast was cereal, mini-muffins, and toast.

The rooms were not bad. The parking lot was well lit, but I was not prepared for the charge of an extra hundred dollars when I got to the hotel after I asked the manager when he asked me the card for incidentals. Was there a deposit to the room he said no because I had paid full price on hotels.com Then the next day I looked at my bank statement and see that they had charged me an extra hundred dollars I talked to the manager. He said he would refund the money but it takes 5 to 6 business days. This would’ve been OK. It had if I had been informed from the beginning but when you make a trip with a limited budget is very hard to wait 5 to 6 business days for a refund if it’s a standard practice, then inform people such not surprise them when they get there that’s very frustrating. Everything falls and rises on communication. If you don’t communicate with your staff with your procedures, then don’t surprise your customers. I was told one thing by one manager, and one thing by another manager a problem that proper communication would have taken care of instead of leading people customers feel frustrated

The room was smelly and needed up keeping. The lamps and lighting was dirty. Room smelled like smoke. They have smoking rooms. The Mon smoking rooms should not be rented to smokers. All 3 of us have allergies and it was horrible to have to continue to smell that. We had to get Lysol from the front desk.

The water did not train properly while taking a shower. Had to stop intermittently to have water drain down before continuing to avoid standing in dirty water. During check in/out staff did not seem like they knew what they were doing. Noticed that my credit card was charged twice and waiting for it to all drop before my credit card company is able to help with the situation.

The desk man in the morning was very nice. After we checked out, he saw that I was having trouble carrying a coffee cup (from the breakfast room) to the car without spilling, and he came out of our unit with larger coffee cups to give to me. Very gracious, generous and alert. Made a great memory. Great employee. The stay was high value for the price.
