The hotel is comfortable with free and easy self parking. Rooms are of good size but they definitely need an upgrade/remodeling. The furniture is old, poor room lightning.

Overall, this hotel is fine. Some areas that need improvement are. Carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced The breakfast menu is good but more variations is needed. Same menus every week. Overall the property is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Restaurant needs to improve there food quality I got chicken breast for dinner and it wasn’t cook well my grand daughter get sick

Hotel customer service was great

Escorted to our room. We were told the water and coffee included with the room. We checked in just to sleep between flights. 390 pesos taxi from airport 40 minutes with morning 8am traffic. 320 pesos return.

Beds were very hard

very spotty wi-fi. actually no Wi-fi available for an entire day. and the day after when the wi-fi came back lost power in the entire hotel for several hours.

Hotel personnel treated my wife and I as family.
