The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room and the hotel was clean and quiet. I liked that the continental breakfast was from 7am -10am so you didnt feel rushed in the morning.

Very clean room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It's dog friendly and the pet fees was very reasonable ($10). There are lots of eating options within 5 minutes walking distance of the hotel including 2 grocery stores and a pharmacy. 5 minutes drive to the Muskoka Wharf and the downtown area.

Stayed for a night while driving home. Hotel is close to the highway for easy access. Staff were pleasant & friendly, breakfast was ok. Only fruit choice were bananas. Hotel/ motel just needs a refresh. Walls, doors, carpets need some TLC.

Very conveniently located

I did not like my stay here. We had bed bugs and woke up to lots of bites on our bodies. Left early because we didn't want to stay and get bit more, and when Expedia reached out to get us a refund for the unused night, they weren't able to get it approved by the property manager. Horrible stay and would definitely not recommend it to anyone. The bathroom floor was also not cleaned well. Also, it says free breakfast, but the options are horrible and few so we got breakfast outside instead. Will not book again.
