perfect location and so near to airport, quiet, friendly, excellent large room, you can either take a shuttle or a walk to terminal that will take ten minutes - very happy with stay.

As beautiful as the room was our only downfall was that the beds were too hard. Heard no noises from traffic or planes or people for that matter. The kids slept a dream, I’m just picky with a bed. Would have preferred a more softer approach before a long very early flight. The shuttle to the airport was there when we got outside but just drove off without speaking to us. So we just walked which was super easy, just have to get across a busy road but at that time of the morning was absolutely fine. Took around 10 minutes to get to terminal 2.

It's ok for a quick stop over,the rooms could be cleaner and are a bit dated. But good access to the airport and early morning flight.

Great option for an overnight stay before a flight. It's walking distance from the train station and the airport (and we had 3 kids with us). The airport shuttle is also an option if mobility is an issue but you do have to pay extra for it, and honestly, it might be quicker to walk. Good sized rooms and delicious dining options. There was a good selection for dinner and a buffet option for kids with lots of kid-friendly choices. We had the breakfast buffet in the morning and it was excellent as well, with a huge variety of options. There was a play area off the dining area suitable for young children/toddlers, plus a ping pong table for older kids/teens.

Room etc all good. Breakfast and service good. Restaurant menu ridiculously expensive.

We booked the family room with a cot to stay ahead of our early morning flight. I sent a message to the hotel several days prior to arrival checking there would be a cot but didn’t receive a reply. I called the day before requesting a cot and was told there would be one ready in the room. We arrived at 6pm and asked if the cot had been provided, we were told this would be brought to the room ‘right away’ we waited half an hour and no cot, I called the reception desk from the room and was told it would be there in 10 minutes. We waited the 10 minutes and still no cot. We went to reception and was told it had been taken to the wrong room. Finally we got the cot. I brought my own bedsheets for the cot as my daughter is sensitive to some washing powders, when I put the sheet on I noticed the mattress was stained. Aside from that, the hotel was nice, but difficult to get to on foot from the airport (especially with a pram).

Nice clean room , spacious. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bar and restaurant was good , food very nice . No water in the room or a fridge , shower gel was empty, I felt these shouldn’t have been missed .
