We had an incredible stay at the Park Hyatt! The staff were exceptional and so accommodating - from offering us champagne on arrival for our wedding, to arranging transportation for us and our wedding party, to making all the little details easy (giving us toothbrushes and toothpaste we forgot!). Best hotel stay ever! Thank you so much! We'll be coming back to celebrate our anniversary :)

The rooms were very clean. The cleaning and bottle service staff were amazing. The front desk was very polite and kind. The bar was great too! I would definitely stay again.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The Park Hyatt Toronto is beautiful, the rooms are luxurious, and the location in Yorkville is perfect. The highlight was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Vanessa in Concierge, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. The warm welcome and outstanding service made us feel right at home. Complementary Champagne and all!! Ask about the car service they have as this was Luxery. We loved it so much that we’re already coming back. Highly recommend!

Another fantastic five star hotel, right smack bang in the middle of Yorkville. Hotel rooms are very nice. Well appointed with very comfortable beds. My only complaint is that the pressure in the shower is not great. This property comes with a fantastic spa as I understand it however I’ve never used it and unfortunately they do not have a pool. One thing they do have is that incredible bar on the 35th floor looking out over the city of Toronto with both inside and outside seating. Definitely one of my favourite places in the city to grab a drink.
