Place is elegant and formal. The setting is very nice, and the waterfalls are beautiful.
There are a lot of staff, and many are just standing around or looking at their computer.
Just not a lot of people going out of their way to make sure that you are delighted with your stay.
I got there a little early and was made to wait in the lobby until check in time (which was fine), but then told it was going to be "another hour" for my room to be ready, and then, after some staff discussions, they found me a room. They didn't seem too thrilled.
Upon check out I discovered I had a free breakfast and I asked the front desk person at 10:06 am if I could still get breakfast and he told me that I had missed breakfast because it "closed at 10 am." But then I walked to the breakfast room and it was filled with people and the host gladly sat me.
The attitude should be to make customers happy, which is not the attitude of the people in reception at all.
