Everything was normal and kept well Bar was not as expected

Check in was smooth and I was able to rest before heading back to the airport

The bed and pillow were extremely comfortable and I enjoyed breakfast.

They told us they upgraded my two rooms, and gave me two double queen rooms in lieu of my paid for two king rooms... they try to tell you its an upgrade because the room is bigger, but i wanted the king size bed? The oatmeal at breakfast was.... slimy, food was not appetizing, i just had a yogurt and bowl of cereal.

Nice place, clean enough with a nice outdoor area. To fix: Loud AC and missing ustensiles in our rooms. Breakfast needs an overall upgrade.

Booked 5 adults in the suite, and there was only decaffeinated coffee…asked the front desk for some real coffee and the sent enough to make 2 cups. Also there was no bedding for the pull out bed. So we had to wait for bedding and then make the bed ourselves

Very clean and tidy hotel, kitchen makes it feel homey. My family had to check out and will be going back again over the weekend due to a tour in between, the hotel supervisor was very generous and accommodating as we needed to leave our luggage for a few days at the hotel. Great customer service!

This was the best hotel ever. First there was free breakfast which in my opinion is awesome. Second there was a microwave in kitchen same with an oven. Third the staff helped us locate the breakfast room, the pool and they were extremly kind. Fourth the rooms were so clean and tidy and the beds were so comfortable. Fifth there is a pool, and a gym if you’d like to workout. Finally sadly there isn’t room service but I don’t need room service.

Absolutely loved staying here. The room was spacious, with a fully-stocked kitchenette and clean. Breakfast was great, and the hotel staff were super friendly. Stayed for 2 nights and would highly recommend staying here.

Stayed there before as well, everything was great!

Everything really was great. Would stay again, no doubt. Only small complaint was the congestion at breakfast….people everywhere…but maybe that was just bad timing.

The overall stay was ok, but the cable tv did not work. When I called front desk they told me that they apologize for not notifying upon booking but the cable is out in the area due to construction. I called the neighbouring hotel and they said that the cable works fine. Disappointed.

Staff was helpful

I was very disappointed with my stay at this Marriott property. From the moment we checked in, the experience did not meet the standards I expect from the Marriott brand. As soon as we got off the elevator, there was a strong unpleasant smell that continued throughout the hallway to our room. I also went to check the pool area, and the public washroom was in poor condition and did not appear to be well maintained. Throughout our stay, the customer service was lacking. Every time we entered or left the hotel, the front desk was unattended, and the housekeeping staff did not acknowledge guests with a greeting or even a smile. The pull-out sofa bed was not prepared and had no sheets. We had to make the bed ourselves, which is something I have never experienced at a hotel before. The next morning, we requested extra towels, but they were never delivered. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. While this property carries the Marriott name, the cleanliness, service, and overall standards fell far below what I expect from the brand. I would not choose to stay at this property again.

The room was super clean, with a nice kitchenet and friendly service. Also, the breakfast buffet was really good, perfect for a short-term stay

Nice property in a good location. The suites have a full kitchen and a sitting area, which made them a lot more functional and a lot less cramped than regular hotel rooms. The pool offered a nice break on hot afternoons. Amenities are basic but adequate. That can be said about the included breakfast as well. This is reasonable for the price point. Staff were very helpful. Overall this was a good stay.

Très satisfait de notre séjour. Personnel au comptoir d'accueil très serviable et courtois. Chambre grande et propre et tout ce dont on a besoin. Coin repas avec des grandes tables pour y passer du temps en famille et jeux de sociétés avec télévision.
