My wife and I had a wonderful 10-day stay at this hotel and overall had a very positive experience. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job throughout our stay, the rooms were always spotless, very clean, and amenities were consistently replenished without us needing to ask. They were helpful, diligent, and clearly took pride in their work, which made our stay very comfortable. Also, the front desk staff and security guard, who were always kind, helpful, and made things easy for us whenever we needed assistance. The drawbacks during our stay was some pavement repair work happening outside the hotel, which caused a bit of inconvenience, and the gym needs and update to better look However, the staff did their best to make things easy for us. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. It is in a great neighborhood, both safe and walkable.

NOT a five star. More like a 1.5 star. Reminded me of a dirty dorm. With the exception of JJ the bellman, staff is rude and unhelpful. When we found disgusting clumps of hair in our bathroom we changed rooms. Another loud room with cheap and old furniture that showed signs of water damage. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. You get one skimpy unwashed blanket. Towels were very thin and threadbare with holes. Flimsy door without a deadbolt or extra lock made us feel very unsafe since the lobby is not secured. We left after one night despite having prepaid for three more. I’m very disappointed that this hotel is portrayed as something it’s not.

The location is right on the very edge of Roma Norte and a bit too close to the not so nice area. The room was okay, but some things could be improved. The first night I discovered there were no blanket in the room at all and had to call at 2:30 am cause it was cold in the 40 deg Fahrenheit. The heater does not activate in the hotel. The floors have no carpeting and the tiled floor can be cold. They do not provide water bottles every day which they are supposed to. The room lacks basic amenities like a hair dryer, iron or coffee maker. The bathroom supplies such as shampoo and soap are inconsistent. The terrace on the sixth floor is advertised, but my friend and I had to wait an hour for them to turn on the light fixtures. The restaurant downstairs has mediocre food but the price is higher than normal in the area. On the positive side, the staff are nice and helpful. They allowed early check in and late check out which was super helpful. I was also happy to see a safe in the closet.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Benidorm. The staff was very helpful and professional. The restaurant food was good, especially the buffet. The location is great as it is centrally located. There are a lot of good places to eat nearby and the neighborhood is safe to walk around.

The hotel staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. The bellboy, managers, and housekeepers were all top-notch. The rooms were clean, and bottled water was available throughout our stay. The bellboy even looked after our luggage after we checked out.
