I will start by saying the hotel is not bad; it's a bit older, and the check-in process reflects that. The breakfast was disappointing; it was made to order, but there was only one waiter serving multiple tables, so it took longer, and I never really got what I ordered. I was running late and ended up paying $ 8 USD for a breakfast I never really got. That being said, my biggest issue with this hotel is that they kept assigning guests to my room for some reason, so I was constantly having people trying to enter my room, and on three occasions, people tried to enter my room in the middle of the night. It was such a terrifying experience to be woken up by someone trying to enter your room (and it's not like the hotel locks were that steady). I had to barricade my room door with furniture and my suitcases to feel safe, When I told the receptionist about it, I'm not sure if it was due to the language barrier, but she kept saying it was the cleaning service. Why would the cleaning service be trying to enter my room at 11:43 p.m. I know for sure it was a guest because one of them tried to enter the room while I was awake, and he said he was assigned that room. I know they use a paper system for room assignments, and I am not sure if they realized my room was already taken. That whole experience really messed up my stay. I never even felt safe enough to sleep.

Ideal location. The staff is beyond friendly. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Their restaurant is pretty amazing as well. I always stay there when I travel to Lima.

Very nice hotel for out business stay, we got in contact with the hotel before hand to get some help for the Covid tests we needed for our return and they extremely helpful helping us get all of that set up.

Great hotel, located in a really nice part of san isidro. This is my go-to hotel when i go to lima for business. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The franklin restaurant has really great food and the breakfast is lovely!

I liked the location, the hotel’s size, the remodeled dining room, the willingness to serve well by the reception staff. I didn’t like the air conditioning system which was failing continuously, the excessive noice when closing the neighboring rooms’ doors, the slowness of the service provided by the restaurant waiters, the low water pressure in the shower.

Excellent staff and service! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our accommodation comfortable and provided great recommendations for things to do around the area. Hotel is located in an upscale neighborhood and is safe area to walk around at night. Hotel breakfast is good but is the same daily. If staying for multiple days, then you’d probably want to go somewhere else to change it up. Hotel amenities are usual perhaps a bit expensive for what they offer. I’d still probably stay here again given the location and service I received.

The hotel is located in a great area with tons of cute cafes, restaurants and shops. The staff are incredibly helpful and happy. The attached restaurant and included breakfast were perfect. The bed and sheets were amazing. The room was small but clean. The bathroom needs updating but was clean and had plenty of counter space which I like. The hotel was perfect for us.

The rooms are comfortable and the area is superb. You can walk or take a taxi to nearby Miraflores. My main concern was the breakfast. The food could be better but overall was good. However, waiters don’t even get you coffee, you have to get it yourself. You also have to ask for spoons, plates etc because somehow they are looking the other way and not paying attention to what’s missing! Besides that the receptionists and bell boys are great! Will go back and demand they serve coffee to my table.
