Love this place, location is great for any Los Angeles destination. Would appreciate a microwave in the room or at least the hotel. Also, should be mandatory for a water station in the lobby, people need to drink water and often have their own eco-friendly refillable water bottles. The free shuttle to Universal Studios and free parking are awesome amenities. The complimentary robes during your stay is also a plus. The outer windows need a serious power washing but overall cleanliness and comfort will bring me back for sure.

We stayed here with our kids and had a really comfortable and pleasant time. The room was spacious and very clean. What I loved most was the large bathroom! Our kids had a great time cooling off in the pool, especially on the hot days. The pool water was clean and they provided towels, which was super convenient.

Great location if wanting to visit Universal Studios. They offer a free shuttle as well. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

It was a smaller property in a cool neighborhood. We enjoyed the shuttle to universal and the convenient location for dining and shopping.

Everything is perfect. Staff, rooms, maid service, complimentary van to drop us off and pick us up from Universal Studios. Great for this Nana and her granddaughters!

Our first time to stay in this hotel , but over all we had a great experience from their friendly staff to their great services they have . Only one thing we weren’t happy about was , no microwave in the building , we have to go across to the other building. But this place is highly recommended. Now that we found this place , Looking forward to stay here again. P. S. Please management , put even just one microwave inside where the vending/ ice maker is at .

Very pleasant and gracious staff. The only items I would love to see improvement on are the soft beds and too soft pillows.

Quiet even though my room was street side. Very clean and modern yet classic style. Outstanding shower! Lovely bed. Good writing desk. Room service is very good. Safe, secure parking and lobby entrance. Just a very good boutique hotel. I will stay here again.

I had a small problem with my room. They were MOST gracious about it and gave me a new, lovely room. I love this place. It's a darling small hotel with a lovely restaurant and bar, the people are amazing.

Not satisfied with the service and the cleanness. Also, by accident I booked the same reservation twice and they refused to cancel one even though they knew I only had 1 reservation to keep. It was a technical mistake
