Fantastic hotel in s beautiful city! Loved the spa, restaurant, staff. Everything! Highly recommend!

Hotel is decent and elegant, next to the city garden. We enjoyed our 6 day stay. Service is great, room with balcony with view to the garden is amazing, breakfast is good too. Strongly recommended!

Mattresses were in bad shape and we were told they could not be changed (even though there is a room of spare mattresses) and there were no other rooms free. We had to upgrade to a suite to get better mattresses. The suite was nice and the mattresses slightly better but still had dips. We both needed a massage after the stay.

The room was very clean and spacious with a nice balcony.

Hotel was set in beautiful gardens. Very elegant historoic building. Breakfast and dinner were both very nice

The safety deposit box was not working because it needed batteries and there were a couple of coffee pods missing. Once reported, they immediately corrected the issues.

Unfortunately the experience was average. The hotel is not representative of 5 stars standards. The rooms are below basic without any amenities. We had to request a kettle and we received a broken old one. It also arrived dirty. Overall it’s clean and you can tell that the staff are trying their best. The SPA was full of children and the relaxation area was without cups. There were towels everywhere…. Just not the experience you would want from a luxury hotel.

Check in was dismal. Said they would text when room ready. No text. Enquired in person at 3:00 and told room still not ready. No apology.

Room was perfect. Hotel facilities are excellent.

This hotel gets pretty much everything right: comfy large bed, large bathroom, an air conditioner that is both quiet and effective, friendly staff, especially housekeeping. Parking is relatively expensive, but there is an area behind the hotel where you can usually park free of charge. As well as a restaurant, there is a nice outdoor informal cafe that also serves food. Highly recommended.
