Better AC

Good size room and good facilities at the hotel. We were on the top floor and had to put up with machinery noise all night. This persisted when we switched the air con off, so I think it must have been equipment mounted on the roof.

The food wasn’t great. I feel like the menu for breakfast and lunch were overpriced especially because it was in euros. Also there were extremely long wait times to be served but only 2 tables were being occupied…. Staff seemed to be dragging their feet behind the bar. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all during these occurrences.

Huge rooms for Europe- in fact we booked 3 rooms and prob only needed two. Great breakfast and unexpected treat of executive club access/happy hour/free food.

Want to call out the evening bar staff. We watched the England vs Norway game on site and she was run off her feet but friendly, kind and excellent service. Before the crowd and during. Well done.

I used to stay here all the time but it’s been neglected and down graded in service. The restaurant wasn’t open, the pool is closed, the amount of staff is minimal compared to what it once was and I was charged £334 for a pizza and drink for 4 people. Outrageous

Friendly helpful staff. Room spacious. Fantastic gym shame no swimming pool.good breakfast great variety. Had the evening meal lots of choice reasonably priced.

Hotel has seen better days with inconsistent amenitities in the rooms. We booked three family rooms and two of three had a safe, two of three had a fridge, AC couldn't cope with the high temperatures (above 30C).

Clean room

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. The food menu in the bar had something for everyone and the servings were generous and reasonably priced. Our server in the bar was amazing. The location was ideal for meeting our needs... a visit to Windsor and easy access to Heathrow. On site parking and a luggage scale in the lobby were much appreciated.

Easy for airport transfer

A typical airline crew hotel. A bit tired in places. Could do with a refresh. Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast

The room was average for a high end resport with beautiful grounds and great golf course

Hotel room was dirty and could use an overall update. I was expecting the hotel rooms to be much better from the pictures and for the cost.

Safe battery was flat & TV kept turning itself off

Friendly and helpful staff on arrival, room was well equipped, lovely and clean. Air con in the room was a blessing in the hot weather.
