The staff and the rooms are perfect for my family.

Clean, safe, nice comfy bed, helpful and friendly staff.

the room is OK, the bed and pillow are decent, but not great the shower was a light drizzle and althou I asked, it was not fixed also, make sure to shcek in before night or it will take a long time

Free coffee in the lobby in the morning would be nice.

We booked this hotel because it’s a beautiful place and because it has airport transportation. The airport transportation was so bad on many levels. We called ahead for our pick up and saw the van but before we could get to it it drove away. So we had to wait another 25 minutes in the cold with a baby and 2 kids. Then to get an airport transfer back to The airport they said the only go once an hour and they were full and booked up for 4 hours and had one available that was to late for our flight. They said sorry you can take a taxi for $40 when it should have been included in our stay. Need to have more airport runs for the many people who stay there.

The room was spotless and really comfortable. I had a great view of the city and the pool. I loved this hotel and the Barcelo also has a great gym spa and steamroom. 10/10 highly recommend.

The room was clean and nice. However the fridge/mini bar was locked. The food in the hotel was good and everyone was very helpful. I would go back again.

It was great experience!! Our last day we where chosen for a free dinner at La Fuente, it was a nice touch to finalize our last day.

Airport shuttle only offered once per hour and if it is already fully booked out, you are out of luck. Long line for check in - took about 30 min. Rooms are also pretty dated.

No refund when I canceled several nights. Room service food horrible. Rain shower terrible, bad for short people that water won’t reach- can’t get hair washed or rinsed.

Happy they could take us from airport to hotel. Great breakfast. Comfy beds.

Loved this hotel!! The hotel was clean, staff went beyond the expectations. It’s a 20 min walk from the Auroa Zoo and there is alot of places to eat near by. They had tight security. They didn’t let any car go in unless you were staying there. Elevator would not move unless you had an activated room key. Looking forward to staying again next year!
