Great hotel stayed 100’s of times but never got what I asked for so I’ve switched hotels It’s their loss !

Very nice hotel with an excellent location

Hotel was lovely for price, a little bit dated but the price was reasonable. Staff were really good and the girl on reception was excellent.

Really fabulous staff. Room was comfy and huge, great gym and restaurant

Clean room

Staff were extremely friendly. Close to a lot of amenities within walking distance. Dog friendly. Free parking. Excellent pool and also decent gym facilities. Hotel maybe slightly dated but rooms were clean and in good condition.

Stayed here many many times and always enjoyed my stay I have recently been staying because my wife is ill so she needs hospital treatment each and every week I have noticed the cost of this hotel has gone through the roof so i'm afraid we won't be staying so regular £160 for a bed only is way too expensive I don't expect to pay more than £120 so we will be looking elswhere

We had our vehicle broken into whilst staying at the hotel, the team were so helpful.

I'm disappointed with our recent hotel experience. We booked a relaxing birthday trip for my wife, but the hotel was crowded with unmanaged children and noisy guests. The pool was unmonitored, and my wife was injured by a ball. The staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't manage the crowd effectively. Expected better service from Marriott and plan to raise this issue with them.

Great couple of nights stay. Staff could not do enough for you. perfect location for getting into Newcastle as well as shopping at the metro centre

Great location, everything you need (pool, gym, restaurant) only fault was the bar closed at 11 which seemed early for a Saturday night in a hotel

Room was moderately clean. Heating system was not working and bathroom was a bit outdated
