Great rooms and very friendly service Lovely breakfast included with lots of choices. Perfect location for the bus to Sweden Rocks festival.

Great location, good breakfast clean room

Convenient to the train station. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Staff always very friendly and helpful.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was very impressed with the broadband quality (although it could do with not being completely open for security reasons), and the vast array of breakfast choices was very welcoming each morning.

The reception was lovely, and the breakfast was delicious!!

A great welcome on checkin for our one week stay. Excellent variety at breakfast including fresh warm breads. breakfast on from 06:30 . Free wifi always available. Hotel staff knowledgeable about public transport.

We Had to watt quite long for check in. The bathroom wasn't really clean but the breakfast was very good plenty of food from sweet to meat to fish.

We stayed at the Grand Hotel for 4 nights while attending the Sweden Rock Festival. The room was clean and adequate and the staff on the reception desk were very friendly and helped us out with taxis and trains. Breakfast was great with plenty of cold meats, scrambled eggs, bacon, peppers, tomatoes and cereal. I'd definitely use this hotel again.

Excellent! Staff are extremely courteous and attentive, breakfasts are superb, rooms are clean and well-maintained. Hotel is near train station, multiple restaurants, and biosphere preserve. Have only good memories to take away!!!

Very disappointed in the service provided by the hotel. I paid for a premium room, but when I checked in, it was not available for a portion of my stay, although I paid the premium rate every night.

Smidigheten med att parkeringtjänsten Pari. Parkeringsplatserna var alldeles för små!

Centrally located in the heart of Kriatianstad with everything one needs in a city at a stone throw. Friendly and helpful staff :)

Smidigt med parkering i garage under hotellet. Fint bemötande och glada miner vid incheckningen. Rummet och badrummet var rent och trivsamt. Sängen var underbart skön men lite tråkigt att sängarna inte hölls ihop. Frukosten innehöll allt som förväntas av en enklare frukostbuffé. Välsmakande och snygg uppläggning. En nackdel dock, att det är väldig lyhört...grannarna ovanpå hade nog en lyckad hotellnatt😉

Väldigt, Väldigt litet badrum :-(

Kallt och mycket litet rum. Saknade garderob för att hänga kläder.

Saknade långt skohorn, buller från branddörren till trapphuset.

Der var rent og pænt. Lugtede ikke. Vi havde hund med og følte os særligt velkomne grundet søde beskeder og små ting. Meget hjælpsomme folk i receptionen.
