Very good service. Clean. Good breakfast.

My experience staying here was extremely disappointing. I ended up paying a hell of a lot for a 2 night stay(totally not worth the room rate) my reasons for this are as follows, When i asked for evening food i was told they only have 1 dish on the menu. In addition to this i then had to go and grab food to eat in my room, when i returned the wifi was so so bad that i couldnt load up any og my netflix/prime accounts. When i called, i was told i could come down and sit in the bar or conference room as the wifi isnt bad there 😳😳 Certainly not the level of service i am accustomed to and will not be returning in a hurry

Very close to train tracks and happened that my room is facing that side. Room temperature is too hot and no AC and the fan provided in the room is not enough. If you open the window for much needed cooler air, then it gets even louder for those incoming train. Room not clean and and previous occupant garbage still in the room.

There was no restaurant in the evening. I did not get the double bed requested. The room was spartan. The bathroom fittrings old. Simply not the hotel thatvwas advertised on Expedia.

Food is nothing to speak of. I thought I was getting a proper meal, instead, they gave me a hamburger for over $30. It wasn't worth it. I would not go there for the food. Ok to sleep.

Good hotel in quiet area (Sunday evening stay!!)

Very nice staff, good breakfast. Big room. Good bed and shower. Unfortunately in new area which is huge construction area. Not so pleasant is the train which passes every 10 min also during the night, so better close the window.

Good hotel a cheap price and with excellent breakfast which was included in price. Somewhat remote location though, but have already booked next stay in hotel :-)

Excellent location only 2 minutes from train station with trains into downtown Copenhagen very convenient

Located in completely quiet area. Everything looks and feels new! Very comfortable beds! Walk-in rain showers were great with good pressure. Continental Breakfast was simple, maybe due to Covid, not much to choose from and nothing hot.

Stay was great

Really good hotel. Rooms are of a good size,very modern and very clean.Staff are very friendly and pleasant.

quietness and cleanliness of the hotel is fab. The room was very spacious.

Fitness centre/gym was awful, no weights or machines, 2 treadmills, 1 static cycle and a ski treadmill. The room was very minimalist, with no extras.

Clean, nice breakfast and some good dinner options, close to the train/bus station, staff always willing to help.

The hotel was very quiet, clean and comfortable. The restuarant was not open on Sunday, which was disappointing as we were not aware. There were only three choices in the area to have dinner. All were very sketchy and some spoke no English. Otherwise the hotel and bar were a nice evening. Just hungry and disappointed in not knowing about the closure of the Restaurant on Sunday.

Pleasant stay with good service clean and comfortable. Only downside was the bedroom was next to the train track which was noisy at times and the restaurant was very limited with choice of only 3 main courses.

Very good value for money, price much lower than in CPH and it’s only 15’ away by train. The station area is not the best, but it’s 5’ walking from the hotal. I would repeat.
