Staff are always wonderful, pool is great and rooms are always impeccably clean.

Rooms are clean, spacious. Staff was very welcoming and whenever we need more towels, or extra blankets they were very polite, helpful, and was there in a timely manner. I did not check out the restaurant or the bar we were always coming and going to the rinks, so we usually got something while we were out.

The waterslide and pool were a huge hit for our family. Loved that there was a splash pad for the little kids. Hotel staff were very kind and pleasant. Will definitely stay again!

The pool is nit good for young kids Slide comes right into shallow area where kids play. People come down the slide right into them. We will not be back

Super night away for my sons birthday. The waterslide and pool area was great! Wish they included breakfast though but it was still a great stay. Staff was very friendly as well. Also, the hotel pool was actually warm its the worst when i get into a pool at a hotel and its freezing.

Check-In & Out was simple. The pool area lacked signage about sign usage. Witnessed multiple injuries to people in front of the bottom of the slide. Incident where child got sick on the stairs did not result in area being shut down quickly and staff seemed very confused how to deal with the situation. Room service was good, came hot. Breakfast buffet was disappointing, lacked kid friendly options other than cereal & toast considering it was March Break.

Clean room, great staff

Staff was good, pool area is excellent and only reason I booked. The suite floors and sofa are dreary looking and so musty, I am still coughing and will no doubt require medical attention to calm it down again. The bedroom had little too no heat, nor did the bathroom. The floors were freezing ice cold. The very thin blanket on the bed only comes up half way. They're tucked in so tight you can't pull them up. It's a shame, too cold for a good night's sleep even though the bed was comfy. The price under these circumstances is outrageous. I will unfortunately not be going again. There are many other accommodations with pools with much better pricing. Oh, and no breakfast included for the price when it's right there!! Even more outrageous!! Never again

The pool and water slide was super fun. Even the adults were having a great time in the pool and slide. The staff were friendly and inviting. My only issue was the carpet in my room wasn't clean. I had brand new white socks on and they were filthy just walking around in my room so that was a bit disappointing. When I mentioned it to the front desk during check out she said she would tell housekeeping and they will shampoo it; so I'm happy to hear they fix the issue right away.

Great rooms, excellent service, amazing amenities. There was a lot of families there for a tournament and every seemed to be having a great time. Harjeet, provided amazing customer service right to our room door at night, he was genuinely happy to help and smile the whole time. Thank you Harjeet
