Very dirty!! Do not stay. Homeless outside of the hotel.

Nice location with close proximity to transit to downtown. Front staff very helpful. Breakfast included has a good selection of food and constantly replenished by staff. A gem in a nice little nook in dowtown area.

I like that there is a park across the street for our family to enjoy. However the breakfast should have had more options. Nonetheless the staff was lovely and I like the 24hour open hours especially for arriving from the airport at mid-night and leaving for an early flight. The internet access was good and the transportation acess was good.

Nice place for the money. Location is within walking distance of "Time Square " are... Staff very nice and healthful... free breakfast was good. If yiu have children be careful around the waffle irons...

Came in from Edmonton to see 2 Blue Jay games . Hotel was very clean , offfered a good breakfast with hot and cold options , Quiet and we felt very safe and secure . Would stay again for sure

Good place , nice breakfast

Very close to Eaton center and Little Canada. Breakfast buffet is included and has quite some options. Accessible room was wonderful. We really appreciated the friendliness of the staff.

The staff were great and super friendly! The hotel was located a very short distance from the heart of downtown, which made it super convenient to enjoy shopping and dining!

Nice stay My only issue was the noise level Our room was near the elevator and I had a very difficult time sleeping because of the noise Also the pillows were not the best

The rooms were spacious.the staff were very polite and professional. The breakfast was excellent.I read other reviews about the small elevators.and,they took forever to arrive to your floor.I stayed here for a week. And,only once.I waited for 2 mins. Their are 2 elevators !The only issue I had was the parking fee was $45/Night. They could've charged around $30/night. I will definitely stay at this hotel again !

Loved this property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience Toronto. While we had to drive downtown, the location was convenient making it easy to do so. Delicious breakfast, very cozy beds and the staff were amazing! Would stay here again!

The door in our room creates a loud squeaky sound when opened/ closed. It needs a lot of energy to ooen it 😊. Othherwise, hotel is very convenient, near to many tourist attractions in the city.

Hotel was very nice and seemed to be recently updated. Location was pretty good for many local hotspots. Little further walk for some things but not bad. Allen Park across the road is nice. Parking was convenient. Hotel price was very reasonable for the area.
