Amenities were great, staff was friendly

Clean and comfortable room on a 1 night stay while traveling. I have stayed in this hotel in the past and though it has been a number of years. I was glad to find the same level of service and quality of rooms.

Pleasant stay. Friendly staff, clean room and facility. Lots of amenities. Definitely stay again.

Spent one night for a funeral. Check-in was easy, staff very friendly. Hotel was very clean and room was clean and very comfortable.

Very comfortable stay!

The property itself was immaculate. Very clean, spacious and just as described. The rooms were very tidy and easy to access. What was upsetting was on the weekend of our stay, there was a live orchestra band playing for some special occasion. They were located in the floor space right outside where our room was located. They rehearsed up until 10:00 p.m. the night before their event and began rehearsing at 8:00 a.m. the Saturday morning of their event. That was unfortunate for people who were trying to sleep. It would have been nice to have a heads up about that before we arrived (or at least when we arrived). It was extremely loud and there was no getting around getting through it for our stay.

We traveled 30 miles out of our way to go to the only hotel that had a hot tub. When we got there the hot tub was down. When we talked to management about it, all they said was that they put it on Canary. I've never heard of canary. We told them we used hotels.com and they said they didn't care about hotels.com. Their washers and dryers are $2 a piece. The washer stunk after it was used and it took us two dryers uses to dry our clothes. The front desk woman was short -tempered and the hotel manager was rude. The shower was turned up all the way and it was lukewarm except for the spurts of scalding hot water that would burn your skin. I will never stay at another Ramada again. This was the worst experience of my life! Pay $180 a night and I have to pay for my breakfast? What a joke!

We have stayed here multiple times but i love that it looks like the owners have done some recent updates.

Check in was easy, Staff were friendly, very clean even during a snow storm.. The pool and hot tub was amazing.
