Older hotel, definitely needs updates. Is in a godd area if you need to be close to Kingsway Mall.

2 elevators were not working even though they tried to fix one of them and still didn’t work … the room was too hot and couldn’t turn the heat down.

The hotel was nice, I liked it, but my concern was the air in the room caused me to sneeze and cough. As I am sensitive I found it bothered me and my sleep was not as good as I would have liked. I wanted to let you know so that in future you will be mindful to check air quality. Thank you

Room was dirty, I noticed by the elevator there was a large amount of powder someone spilled on the floor, told front desk, there was a woman and a man im pretty sure he was the manager, his response was house keeping wasnt in yet... being as there was 2 of them working one definitely couldve cleaned it. Unprofessional in my opinion.

Extremely dated. This hotel room gave "bed bugs" vibes. I checked everything but didn't find any just to be safe. Stains all over the carpet, head board was dirty, dated furniture. Everything in bad shape. I stayed one night. Never again. Did not feel comfortable.

Stayed there for three nights. Front desk staff was good. Rooms look very old and outdated. Beds were pretty good though. Was terribly hot though even with the heaters turned off, had to open a window to cool off and get some fresh air. They had 3 elevators but only 1 was working the time we stayed there which was super inconvenient and they didn't even have stairs you could use to bypass them. On our second night we couldn't even get into our room right away, had to go get our room keys reprogrammed even though we arrived only the day before. Will definitely not be staying there again anytime soon.

The staff is friendly and helpful made checking in and out an easy process.

Stayed 1 night with my daughters for an Oilers game. Will be staying again, great location, comfortable beds, friendly staff!! This maybbe myth favorite new hotel!!

There was coffee, but a bottle of water would be nice to have in the room; they don't have that.

A bottle of water would be a nice addition because I'm not sure if the tap water is safe to drink.

We arrived late from the via train (4am and heavily delayed). The hotel accommodated us and were so helpful. We wanted to extend our stay and the hotel facilitated this with no problems whatsoever. Front desk staff were amazing. Sometimes vagrants wander into the hotel but the security is usually on the ball and sort the issue out. I would recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing stay, normally I'm not a fan of staying in hotels in North America due to deposits and issues getting it back and I was quite stressed about going here because of it but it was honestly fine. The deposit was refunded instantly and we used an international debit card and cash. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We mostly enjoyed our stay of 1 night. Our view was the parking lot behind the hotel. Blackout curtains helped us sleep for sure. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. there was a coffee maker for our morning coffee, however we thought there would be a microwave in our room - no such luck for Room #1428, however! TV was very clear and large.
