Did not find out that it was no smoking until we checked in. Ice machine was broken down during stay, fixed only one day before we left.

Everything was awesome!

Bed was ok, but not clean, smell cigarettes everywhere in the lobby and in the room even non smoking room. Convinced near the roads and closed to the restaurants.

Full of transient workers and smokers. Car was blocked in by work trucks each night. We cane for Hokie baseball with our son, and this was rough…. Will stay elsewhere

The room is falling apart. The electrical outlets need replacing, there are loose parts in the lighting near the bed, the room smells like stale smoke even though we requested a non smoking room. The front desk attendant was smoking just outside the front doors, cussing and complaining to her manager. Overall that is a bad first impression. The owner needs to put some money into this place to at least brighten the finishes and make sure the fixtures and electrical are functional. We paid well over the market value for this type of room as it is graduation week at Virginia Tech and all the hotels are raising their rates due to demand. I would not stay here again regardless as it is not worth the price even when it goes back down to a normal everyday rate.

It’s unfortunate that it is a half smoking facility. I thought it was clean and the staff was nice but no matter where I was I smelled smoke and unpacking all my clothes smelled like smoke, very unfortunate 😕

It was fine, I have family in the area but too crowded to stay with them.

I initially called the hotel to request a modification to my reservation for a room with a single bed, but my call was abruptly disconnected. I then sent a message through the app, which was never responded to. Upon arrival at check-in, I requested the change again, but the receptionist did not even attempt to check the computer and simply stated that it was not possible. The room and the bed had a very unpleasant odor, to the point where my clothes absorbed the smell. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel.

Bad smell from main entrance all the way to the rooms. AC was off so the room was hot, stinky and smelled like smoke.

Not a very good place to stay. Condition is poor, not clean, and smell smoke and bad odor throughout the facility.

Great price for all the amenities. My room was large and quiet. Comes with a refrigerator which came in handy. Great TV. A safe in the room also. Great experience!
