Very clean and spacious room

Wonderful

Very busy alot of kids running around and no room service, had to go to the bar which there was a very long line for any service.

This place needs all the renovations as possible, new bedding, towels and curtains

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Only negative is the fold out couch didn't have any sheets and they were out at the front desk.

The hotel was old but clean but didn’t have any linens for the pull out couch…which is a necessity when traveling as a family and it was very noisy late into the evening without staff asking guests to respect other guests after 11:00 at night.

It was an awesome stay

We love the convenience of this hotel to the convention center. They were undergoing some remodeling to the rooms while we were there so maybe our next stay will be in a newly renovated room.

The couch in room seat is sunken and needs cushions made thicker

Breakfast was awesome! The hostess/waitress was wonderful and treated the place like her own, cleaning and working continually. The check in at 4 o'clock several employees were gathering and chattering, while we waited to check in...(Only 1 chance to make 1st impression) ......probably best to gather/chatter/meeting behind the wall.... Only problems: The curtains, carpet, microwave and furniture was worn.... very worn.... at the price we paid, that wasn't cool. (Room 403) The grounds were unkept with litter, but it has been windy in the last month. (Daily walk about to clean?) OVERALL: Not a good look for convention/wedding party, etc......But we were just there 2 nights for hockey at Denny Sanford.

The only complaint I have is the pool area had used towels everywhere but I know that’s not a staff issue and more of a people that stay there are just lazy. This is my go to hotel when I travel to SF.

Very nice hotel for a reasonable price

We have stayed here several times and the receptionist has always been rude. They have made me feel like we are not good enough to stay there. Or that we are bothering them when we check in or have any questions.
