Clean room breakfast staff location of hotel

Housekeeping efficient and friendly. Easy checkin. Staff at reception friendly and welcoming . Annie in particular was excellent.

My 10 year old son and I stayed here for three nights to celebrate his birthday. The location was great for accessing all of Brighton's entertainment options. We enjoyed use of the pool and the breakfast was adequate. The cleaning staff seem to be understaffed as one day our room wasn't cleaned and the next day it was cleaned at 5:00 after several requests. Overall, we were satisfied and would stay again.

Fantastic family stay — the pool was a real highlight! I had a fantastic stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Brighton Waterfront. The location was perfect, the room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved the pool, which was a brilliant bonus and made the stay feel extra special. A great choice for a family break in Brighton — we would happily stay again!

Modern functional hotel

Very nice location and hotel. The only thing I will say is we came home at 4:30 am Monday morning after watching the England match but we couldn’t access the hotel and unfortunately I use a mobility scooter due to limited mobility. My partner had to walk to the front and leaving me on my own at the back of the propery, which made me feel very unsafe and vulnerable m. when he eventually managed to get in they explained the buzzer wasn’t working & hasn’t been since January, which was not very helpful for us on that particular morning. I am a regular guest at Leonardo hotels all over the country so I was very disappointed with this. Disorganised and unsafe !

Fab hotel , great location and the sea view room was so nice

Some times had to queue for breakfast if you wanted something cooked.

Everything was great. You could stay at the hotel with confidence. It was very clean, well-mannered, and unique.😍

Excellent sea view and proximity to the station and the pier. We stayed for 3 days but didn’t really interact with any of the staff. The carpets and seating were a little tired, in appearance but other than that, we had no complaints. We did not use any of the facilities so can’t really comment on that but we plan to visit again in the near further.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Within walking distance for all major sights in Brighton.
