Booked a double queen room, got a king with pull out couch. Asked front desk to be corrected they said they would refund me and I could go else where which is not helpful since I booked this months in advance. Health unit shut down the hot tub after we arrived and saw other guests in the hot tub. Maintenance employee seemed unbothered by the situation. Rooms were held together with painters tape. Don’t waste your money - stay else where.

Great stay! Lubna at front desk was exceptional! So helpful and friendly!!!! Pool was heated but a little cloudy. Breakfast starting at 6am was a plus because we were there for a dance comp with early mornings. My daughter thought the Waffles and sausages at breakfast were delicious and the kitchen staff was also friendly and helpful. Room was clean and check in and check out were a breeze.

Breakfast was great - waffles, eggs, sausages, assortment of bagels and breads. Pool was small but good. Hot tub was out of order. Small hotel but near arena so it met our needs

Place was just okay, needs updating, security everywhere, children screaming and running through halls, flying a drone in main entrance, would probably not go back!

The staff was great. We got there well before check in because we had to work that day and they found us a room although there was a $50 early check in which the room wouldn’t be occupied all day so I don’t see the need in that. The blackout curtains didn’t work in the room we had to use a pants hanger to keep them closed and after a day of being out in Barrie our room wasn’t made up the hot tub was more of a warm tub which I don’t know if it’s just because we went there later in the night. Overall mediocre experience but great staff.

Staff was friendly, room nice and clean, location is not the greatest beside the Hwy, but that is normal for big city.

Dirty room. Mold in bathroom. Patio door didnt lock. Stuck in a room beside smoking area with 2 kids. Super noisy.

Breaking terrible sausage very greasy. I hate fake eggs. Hot tub and pool water very dirty

The staff are extremely helpful. But our door to our room looked like it had been kicked in and was not very secure door frame was not fixed. Shouldnt of used that room until fixed properly. The windows and walls need to be cleaned. There was a couple of girls screaming and running though the building until about 3 am didnt get much sleep.

The room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke and the hot tub was cloudy. The shower did not drain, and the faucet was partly out of the wall. The door you could see through the outside and looked extremely strange. Front desk staff was really nice.

Room door seemed be falling of the Hing and the patio door had not security bar and difficult to lock. Would not stay again.

Staff was #1 and good continental breakfast. Hot tub was cold. Room smell like weed even after staff washed it. Very strong weed smell coming from the bathroom constantly if you didnt leave the fan on and the door close.

The pool and hot tub were cloudy and dirty. Breakfast was good. Property was not well maintained. Hallways were very dirty. Bathrooms shower unclean and shower curtain very stained.
