Quick check-in and really nice staff

Great place

THEY DID NOT FOLLOW THE PROTOCOLS OF MY RESERVATION, I PAID MORE THAN WHAT WE AGREED ON WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION. THEY TOOK ME OUT BEFORE THE 12 DAYS I PAID. BUT THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THE SHOWER HAS MOLD AND TURTY, THEY SET ME IN INTO THE CONSTRUCTION AREA IN THE SHOWER THEY WERE CALLING TILES OFF FROM THEIR POSITION, i TOOK PICTURES IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE IT.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was just as enjoyable as last time (last year).

Elevator went down had only one usable on other side. Inconvenient but aside from that had a good overall experience

We ususally stay here one night when we arrive at Mexico City, because it's conveniently one block away from our famiy home, and has king size beds for my tall husband. It's always friendly, clean and has excellent service. Will probably stay again and again.

Staff were exceptional. Eateries are a 8 minute drive by Uber.

Staff was friendly at every turn. Very convenient to stay in the hotel where the show was held. Will do it again!

Bien ubicado

Buen servicio, el desayuno es variado y bien servido, las opciones de comida infantil no son balanceadas ni de calidad pero ayuda que uno se puede servir lo que falta y dárselos. El baño es muy pequeño y estoy embarazada, entre y salir de la regadera es un reto 😶, el servicio al cliente es bueno y en el restaurante es excelente. Las camas son cómodas y tiene opciones de firmaza da las almohadas.

Would definitely stay there again...in addition to everything else, the staff called for a special car for us, which arrived quickly, and the drivers were excellent, though more expensive than a regular taxi, but worth it

In an ideal situation for my needs in the city. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and went over and above to make my stay safe and a happy experience.

Unfortunately, there were no microwave anywhere in the hotel for my babies bottles, (had to go to Oxxo each day) and no fridge to keep my toddlers milk cold, had to buy new one everyday at Oxxo. Our room didn’t meet our expectations, bathroom very small and tight, the AC didn’t work neither the vent fan in the bathroom. There were white and yellow lights around the room, why not keep it one color. Our bed had some hairs, and the baseboard/floor wasn’t flat -too small to even add my travel bassinet. Went to front desk, employee very nice! And changed my room, it was better aesthetically but AC still didn’t work, so my room would feel humid and musty. This is the first and last time in this hotel. To others who just need a bathroom and a bed it’s fine does the job, but not for me. Employees really nice though. after my second room, I never complained and just dealt with it. However I must note that my sister too stayed there and she found 2 roaches during her stay (5 nights). Each experience is different, I could’ve just had many inconveniences.

In general the hotel was good, nevertheless it says that has transportation to and from the airport but it doesn’t. I literally booked in here because of the feature and I was more than disappointed...

This place was clean with great customer service. I really can't write one thing I did not like about my stay here.
