The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had a balcony with a view of Taipei 101. It also had a dehumidifier in the room, which helps a lot with the summer weather. The one thing that was not working well is the air conditioning, where it will toggle between heating and cooling depending on the room temperature, but it seems to sense the wrong room temperature and will heat up the room in hot summer weather. Another thing to take note is the location of the hotel, where it requires a shuttle bus to get to the nearest metro station in 10 minutes, and the shuttle bus can get very crowded during certain hours, so much so that we had to stand in the bus and squeezed with other passengers.
