Everything was great

I booked the Mediterranean Palace when the official hotel for my business conference, the Makedonia Palace, was full. I selected this property based on its Hotels.com profile. It was a long walk…1.6 miles. However, I believe that this hotel was in a more favorable location. Aristotle Square is definitely the place to stay based on my experience. Mediterranean Palace was smaller; but the staff was definitely 5 star in terms of attention and service. American travelers will be well attended, and will feel quite comfortable. You do not need to worry about any problems here.

Great staff! Room was very nice. They have a small gym, what I would classify as a dipping pool and a sauna. Pool could use some refurbishing and cleaning of mirrors.

Great breakfast. Variety of Greek dishes and healthy options. Very comfy beds, spacious room with great balcony. Best location, its near the best restaurants and bars.

Enjoyed our stay at the lovely Meditteranean Palace. Location is very nice near the water and many restaurants in the Ladadika area. Busy road nearby, however, with some traffic noise (probably the same in many areas of Thessaloniki).

I absolutely loved my stay at the Mediterranean palace! I was there for one of my best friends’s weddings from New York, Marianthi Foutzitsis. I stayed in a room solo the day of July 8 as unfortunately, my flight was delayed by a day. The room I was in that day was excellent comfortable. I was additionally at the hotel between July 9 to the 13th. I absolutely loved my stay. I loved going to the pool and walking around the neighborhood. It’s such a wonderful place to stay in Thessaloniki. Breakfast is incredible and all the staff at the hotel are so kind and helpful.

The Staff were very Attentive . The Breakfast Buffet was excellent, however what let it down was the Bed a very poor Mattress which left me and my Wife with back aches, this should have not have happened. The Pool and Spa were non existent.

Very dated hotel. Nice lobby. Excellent location, however rooms are dated and old.

Great hotel, newly renovated room with nice shower instead of tub. It would be nice if we got a free bottle of water for each day (stayed 4 nights) but they only give one bottle for each stay. You need to buy water from the minibar or outside after the initial bottle. Other than that, the place is very nice. Great concierge Stella who showed us all the places to visit.

The property is well kept and the staff eager to help with a smile. The only unfortunate part of my stay was the slippery bathtub with two tape strips for friction. My arrival day I fell and injured my rib cage. The front desk had housekeeping come up right away to add one more strip to the bathtub. I do highly recommend bathtub mats to avoid such incidents for future guests. That was my only downside of my stay. Got a much needed massage the day after my fall at the spa, nice and relaxing. The wait staff in Cookcoo Restaurant for breakfast, super professional and attentive. All around a good, if a bit sore , stay.
