Overall, our stay at the Plaza was wonderful. The only 'fly in the ointment' was in the bathroom: a couple of loose floor tiles and bathtub with sides that are too tall for ease of access.

Great property, near a shopping mall and public transportation. Just a 5 minute walk to buses and the tram. Staff were helpful. There was a nice restaurant and cafe. They did have air conditioning but it shut off (on a timer?) each night and we had to get up and turn it back on in the middle of the night each night.

Friendly staff. This is a return visit. Excellent location.

The room was clean and comfortable although they could do with a choice of pillows. The shower was fantastic. The breakfast was good but some of the staff could smile and make you feel more welcome in the breakfast area.

Great breakfast

I booked last minute so I had to pay more than I wanted. It’s a nice hotel. Quiet. Parking included in the price was great. Check in took 2 minutes and front desk was very nice. Restaurant staff were very friendly and I had a great burger there. Great last minute shout. Shower could’ve been a lil better…. a bit stained, and a curtain way too big…. either flood the bathroom or stand on the curtain was pretty annoying. Easy fix but hotel served its purpose for dinner and a nights sleep but slightly overpriced.

The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The staff helped me to arrange transport and talked me through how to find tge tram etc. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the staff kept everything topped up.
